By accessing www.lariesta.com and placing an order, we indicate that you have agreed with these terms & conditions.

La’ Riesta reserves the final rights if you breach any of the terms & conditions.

REFUND POLICY

Items sold cannot be refunded nor exchanged. We will inspect items before posting out. And postage charges for all exchange to be borne by buyer. Exchanges are only considered for prominent manufacturer's defects. Below reasons are not considered as defects:

1. Personal dislike, change of mind after purchase
   
   
2. Slight colour differences (same colour range or any other minor physical differences),
   
   
3. Minor stains (especially on light colour clothes) example washable stains and dirt will not be covered;
   
   
4. Sizing issues (clothes do not fit, note different batches of clothes may have different sizing hence take note of size measurements stated when making purchase);
   
   
5. Claiming that the cutting of clothes is not good
   
   
6. Deliberate damage and torn due to stretch by force.
   
   
7. Slight discolouration of graphic print on tee-shirts. All requesting for defective exchanges must be accompanied by zoom out image of the defective area and exchange items MUST be received within 3 days from date of dispatch of your order. All resellers have the responsibility to check and inspect items before sending out to their respective customers. We will not deal directly with 3rd parties for exchanges, and will ignore packages and emails sent to our address in this manner. Any packages received that do not confirm to our rules of exchanges will be ignored and customers will need to bear further postage & handling charges for requesting us to send back to you.

HOW TO ORDER

1. Customers must place your order under our website. When placing order, please click "update quantity" then click "checkout" to confirm.
   
   
2. An email or SMS (Short Message System) will be delivered within 24 hours to confirm your order. Which include the items, quality, price, transportation fees, handling fees, delivery information, total amount and the payment method, etc.
   
   
3. The invoice mentioned sales tax which is the Paypal Company's handling fees. This Paypal charges will be borne by La’ Riesta.
   
   
4. Customers need to pay the shipping cost in advance. For ready stock items, goods will be delivered approximately 1 business day once payment confirmed. For Pre-Order items, goods will be delivered approximately 4 business weeks once payment confirmed.
   
   
5. All goods will be inspected and unable to returned/refunded (Please read our Refund Policy above).
   
   
6. If the quantity of stock cannot meet customers' orders. Customers could choose
   • Exchange the other items or
   • Request for full refund by Bank Transfer, or
   • Use the remaining balance for next order
     
     
7. Custom taxes, import duty, Valued-Added Tax (VAT), or any similar customs-related levy is the responsibility of our customers. La’ Riesta cannot make any guarantees or estimation on whether any shipments will or will not be required to pay customs-related levy.
